This was a fabulous play that attracted large audiences at the Miami-Dade Community College auditorium. The play was created with the help of the prestigious “Prometeo” program of the Community College… and all who saw it absolutely loved it! I can’t tell you how good it feels to perform in front of a live audience and know that the audience is really enjoying themselves. What a feeling!
SYNOPSIS
The play centers around a funeral home owner who is under stress because his business is slow. He creates a marketing ploy to increase business by launching a “Suicide Club”, with the hopes that suicidal people would join the club, and ultimately kill themselves so he can make money from their deaths. It’s a dark comedy… and I’m proud to say we pulled it off brilliantly! The actors were Renata Brum, Jacky Junguito, Yodici Padua, Santiago and yours truly.
