Yesterday day was a fun day on set. Well, mostly. But I’ll get to that in a second.
First, you gotta love Miami and the beautiful scenery, vegetation, blue skies and aqua waters… and that’s exactly what I was able to experience on this shoot. The location was a gorgeous water-front home with views to the intracoastal. Our first scenes were shot in the backyard, so we spent some time by the poolside enjoying the beautiful day and views to the water. And it wasn’t that hot or humid… quite pleasant with a constant, fresh breeze.
The inside of the home was just as awesome… it was modern, decked out with expensive furniture, and everything seemed custom made. Dream house kind of scenario.
The only bad thing was some dope whom I gave my camera to so he could take a couple of pictures of me on set. I always try and get some pictures of me on set so I can use them for my website and remember the experience. Well, after taking a few shots… I hear this loud crash. I look over in his direction… and see he has dropped my camera. My BRAND new camera. One week old. I go over to him, grab my camera, and it’s dented.
My ears go red. I feel myself getting upset. I quickly test all the features and it works fine… but it has a dent. Uggh. One week old, man!…
